My uncle had a really bad slip in his old bathtub, and it scared our whole family. We knew right away he needed something safer, so we decided on a walk-in tub. The installation team was outstanding—professional, friendly, and they really took the time to make sure everything was done right. The price was also a huge relief, much lower than other companies we talked to. Now my uncle can bathe without worry, and our family feels so much better knowing he’s safe.

After my mother fell while trying to get out of her old tub, we knew we had to find a safer solution for her. We decided on a walk-in bathtub. A friend told us about Perfect Walkin Bathtubs and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The team was incredibly professional, yet also so friendly and caring throughout the whole process. They treated my mom with respect and made sure everything was installed perfectly. On top of that, the price was fantastic—much lower than the other companies we looked at. Now my mom can bathe without fear, and our family has so much more peace of mind.

My elderly father was really struggling to get in and out of his old bathtub, and it had become a big safety concern for us. We decided to get him a walk-in tub, and I’m so glad we chose this company. From start to finish, everything went smoothly—the installation was perfect, they finished right on time, and the team was so kind and respectful. On top of that, we saved about $4,000 compared to other companies we looked at. Most importantly, my dad now feels safe and comfortable when he bathes, and that peace of mind is priceless for our family.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience working with Perfect Walk-In Tubs! From start to finish, the team was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to understand exactly what I needed, guided me through the options, and made the whole process simple and stress-free.

The best part? They were half the price of the nearest competitor—without sacrificing quality in the slightest. The tub looks fantastic, works perfectly, and has truly improved my comfort and safety at home. And it was no easy feat getting it over our wall in the bathroom. But they did it without and dings or damage.

If you’re considering a walk-in tub, don’t waste time shopping around—Perfect Walk-In Tubs delivers outstanding service, top-notch products, and unbeatable value. Highly recommended!

I’m not one to write good reviews or bad reviews frankly. But in this case, I was compelled to let you know how I feel about this company. They are a top-notch from the leadership to the implementers. I had a situation at my mother‘s Home who’s 93 and dealing with a door in a walk-in tub that wasn’t closing. In the process, I discovered that she wasn’t even using the walk-in tub ability. So at the last minute, I had to change my requirement from a tub to a shower install. These guys did not even blink. They hit the ground running and found me exactly what I needed and gave me some very helpful suggestions to re-orient things so that mom could have a much easier time. You could tell they’re really compassionate about doing a good job and making sure Mom was going to be happy. Thanks guys. I really appreciate it. We’ll be working together again!

We recently had a Perfect Walk-In Bath Tub installed for my elderly father, and it has truly made a world of difference in his daily routine. As he’s gotten older, stepping into a regular tub had become not only difficult but dangerous. This walk-in tub has given him back his independence and dignity when it comes to bathing.

The team at Perfect Walk-In Bath Tubs was absolutely wonderful to work with—professional, kind, and very understanding of his needs. They walked us through the options and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. The installation was done efficiently and with great care.

The tub itself is extremely well-designed, easy to use, and very comfortable. My father especially enjoys the built-in seat and safety features—it’s clear that a lot of thought went into making this product safe and accessible for those with mobility issues.

We couldn’t be happier with the purchase, and my father absolutely loves it. I highly recommend Perfect Walk-In Bath Tubs to anyone looking for a safer and more comfortable bathing solution for themselves or a loved one.

I recently had Perfect Walk-in Bathtubs install a new walk-in bathtub at my home in Rancho Bernardo. My wife has a little trouble getting up out of a regular tub, so we changed. Should have done this years ago! They customized the water jets to just where we needed them, the tub drains quickly, but most important, we got exactly what was promised! On time and with zero price adjustments. The crew that took out the old tub and put in the new were professional, courteous and efficient and they left the bathroom clean without and dust or residual left behind. We HIGHLY recommend this company!
